Returns and Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

Our products can be returned within 10 days of the delivery date. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The product must include all accompanying packaging
2. The product isn’t used or damaged
3. You have the receipt or proof of purchase

    Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return. Please be advised that some products maybe non-returnable.
    Additional non-returnable items:

    1. Gift cards
    2. Downloadable software products

      DAMAGED ITEMS

      If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

      SALE ITEMS

      Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.

      REFUNDS (if applicable)

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
      If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 60 days.

      LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
      Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

      EXCHANGES

      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@brookesilver.com and send your item to:

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      IMPORTANT NOTICE

      Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

      You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping to BROOKE Jewelry.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
